Waterlevel is the private holding company behind both Albion Water Limited and Albion Eco Limited. Both Albion Water and Albion Eco are regulated companies providing water and sewerage services under Ofwat’s ‘NAV’ competition provisions.

In the autumn of 2016 Waterlevel invited Wessex Water to participate in the English business of Albion Water in order to expand the portfolio of NAV developments, currently including Knowle Village Hampshire, Upper Rissington Gloucestershire and Five Oaks Chigwell.

Waterlevel’s 100% owned subsidiary, Albion Eco, was the vehicle used to provide NAV services in Wales, currently limited to the oldest and longest inset in the UK (UPM, Shotton Paper).
