Albion Eco

The Shotton Mill site during construction

Albion Eco was formed in 2011 and, by 2016, had become the subsidiary to operate NAVs in Wales, including the Shotton Paper mill. Within this contract both potable and non-potable water is supplied to industrial customers.

Since the NAV was first granted in 1999. Albion has supplied over 121 billion litres of water, without a break in service. Working closely with utility and operational site staff has contributed to enhanced levels of performance, reliable output and support during a £1 billion project to convert the site into an advanced cardboard and tissue production facility as well as power generation and materials recycling. Recent DWI Chief Inspectors reports can be found here and are testament to our commitment and professional service.

In providing an industrial facility with an exemplary service for over 25 years, the team at Waterlevel is now embarking on a drive to grow the business in both regulated and unregulated markets.
